The founder and director of the Foundation's Board is a teacher at the Kolomyia Pedagogical College, LyubovDmitrievnaMasevich. In 2009 she opened the public organization, Kolomyian Charity Fund for Persons with Mental Disabilities "KROKuSvit" (or “Footstep into the World”).Both organizations are members of the All-Ukrainian public organization "The Coalition for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Due to Intellectual Violations".LubovMasevich is a member of the Coalition Council and the only representative in it from the Ivano-Frankivska Oblast.
